We are looking for experienced Supervisors to manage our expanding Machine Lay surfacing operations across Lancashire and the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising gangs and daily operations
* Managing labour, plant, and materials
* Ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance
* Liaising with clients and reporting progress
Licence/Certifications required
* Proven supervisory experience
* CSCS Supervisor Card (Gold or equivalent)
* SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
Work locations include
* Lancashire
* Midlands (Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Shropshire)
* May require occasional travel/working away from home
Location: Mobile worker - on the road
