About The Role


Job Purpose:

The job holder will be responsible and accountable for all aspects of project delivery, project assurance and successful transfer into operations as well as management engagement in support of contractual commitments for all projects delivered to the client across the nominated client estate on a global basis.

Their primary responsibility will be to ensure Indigo deliver all projects on time and to budget, establishment of a robust governance framework, as well as ensuring all day-to-day operational processes and procedures are established for delivery to the contracted SLA/KPI's.

Principle Accountabilities / Objectives:

* To ensure the delivery of all projects within approved costs targets at required levels of profitability to an agreed timeline
* Through effective internal governance to ensure all operational management including sub-contractor & supply chain relationships and associated documentation are in place with the anticipated cost profile
* Accountable for defining and delivering project milestones.
* Management of the contracted governance model with the customer including reporting against the agreed project baseline, project specific milestones, risk register, etc
* Supporting the respective Account Manager in the preparation of propositions for extending the depth and/or scope of the services we offer


About You


Competency: Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

* Extensive service delivery experience
* DCN and CLS dry side experience is an advantage
* Proven project management capabilities ideally with PPM/Prince 2 accreditations
* Financially aware with proven experience in delivery costs management both internal and external
* Sales awareness including ability to develop & maintain C-Suite relationships
* Organised and methodological in their approach to service assurance, reporting governance
* Must be a proven leader who leads by example
