Responsibilities
* Oversee a team within indoor and outdoor operations.
* Manage events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities.
* Ensure quality, healthy meals and exceptional service for all members.
* Maintain a comfortable environment where members can work, relax or socialise.
Qualifications
* Self‑motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service.
* Strong team player with collaboration skills.
* Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
