What You’ll Do
* Compile & own your strategy Plan, bringing together multiple plans and dependencies across a range of teams (sprint, scrum, test, integrate, release, and more) into one overarching perspective and plan.
* Managing RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), governing milestones, and receipting adherence in line with your strategy.
* Embedding lean governance operating models, valuing ownership, responsiveness, predictability, and transparent delivery over pre-prepared project reporting.
* Managing the project finances and supplier commercials, including internal Capex/Opex.
* Set and adjust budget forecast for the project, based on business dynamics and historical trends of delivery.
* Establishing a heartbeat of reviews and reporting to the Digital Portfolio Manager.
* Managing communication with business stakeholders to maintain transparency and trust throughout the project delivery (on Time, Cost, Scope, and Quality).
Who You Are
* Professional Qualification or significant equivalent experience
* Understanding of the functional and organisation wide strategy
* Technical change / transformation experience
* Experience of managing cross-cultural teams
* Leadership – ability to manage, motivate & develop a direct team and in a matrix environment
