The Health & Safety Manager
* Oversee and manage all Health & Safety requirements across a portfolio of residential buildings.
* Conduct site inspections and risk assessments (including fire, asbestos, and general building compliance).
* Prepare and review Health & Safety policies, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
* Support property managers and directors on best practices for safety management.
* Liaise with contractors, surveyors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
* Provide regular training and guidance to teams to maintain high safety standards.

About You
* Proven Health & Safety experience within property management, block management, or facilities management.
* Strong knowledge of building compliance, fire safety, and relevant legislation.
* NEBOSH or IOSH qualified (or working towards).
* Excellent communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
