Associate Geo-Environmental Consultant
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £45,000-£60,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate Geo-Environmental Consultant to join a well-established and growing environmental and engineering consultancy, supporting the delivery of complex land quality and remediation projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
* Leading and managing geo-environmental and contaminated land projects
* Overseeing site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation strategies
* Reviewing and signing off technical reports and deliverables
* Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants
* Liaising with clients, regulators, and stakeholders
* Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources
* Supporting business development activities, including tenders and client meetings
* Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and health & safety standards
What We're Looking For
* Extensive experience in geo-environmental consultancy or contaminated land
* Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Geology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering)
* Chartered status or working towards (e.g. CGeol, CEnv, or similar)
* Strong technical knowledge of contaminated land risk assessment and remediation
* Proven experience managing projects and leading teams
* Excellent report writing and communication skills
* Strong understanding of UK environmental legislation and planning framework
* Full UK driving licence
