This is probably the building consultancy I’d work for if I were a Building Surveyor.
Find out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.
“So what?”, I hear you cry. “Who are you?”, and “How did you get into my house?”
All good questions – let me explain…
I’ve been doing this for well over a decade now, spoken to all sorts of building surveyors all over the regions and got a feel for all of the businesses I recruit for. This helps me match the sort of person and background they need to the people (like you) I’ve spoken with.
I can honestly say with every conversation I’ve had with the people that work here, that this consultancy is full of uniformly good, friendly, and knowledgeable surveyors. The work they are involved in is very varied, they have excellent relationships with their clients, and help support each other across disciplines too.
And the good news is that they’re so busy in the Birmingham office that they need someone like you to join them, An MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor, consultancy experience and background, ideally at Senior level but looking for that step-up to Associate (there’s a lot of flexibility around these exact levels!)
You’d be able to mentor the graduates and help guide them through the world of surveying, while delivering all sorts of projects and surveys (TDD, RCA’s, Dilaps etc) across an assortment of sectors too, all based around the Midlands.
How does that all sound?
