About the Role
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic UK Registered Healthcare professionals to join our team as freelance Clinical Student Facilitators across a wide range of Primary Care and Clinical fields, but we have a high demand for those that have a background in:
- Primary Care
- Mental Health
- Paediatrics
- Neuro
- MSK
- Learning Disabilities

As a Student Facilitator, you will:
1. Deliver interactive sessions to healthcare students on placement, supporting their learning and development.
2. Provide guidance and feedback to students on their clinical practice.
3. Liaise with university tutors and placement providers to ensure students receive the best possible learning experience.
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
4. Current registration with NMC, HCPC, GMC or profession specific regulator
5. Proven experience in a clinical setting.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Commitment to delivering high-quality training and supporting student learning.
Desirable Requirements:
10. Experience in delivering training or facilitating learning.
11. A teaching qualification or relevant postgraduate qualification.
