Job Title: Pharmacist
Summary: Join our dynamic team at Kings College Hospital London as a Pharmacist, contributing to the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of outpatient pharmacy services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide day-to-day leadership and management as the Responsible Pharmacist, ensuring compliance with national and local standards. Key Accountabilities
* Ensure safe and effective delivery of outpatient pharmacy services.
* Provide leadership and act as a role model for support staff.
* Fulfill statutory responsibilities as required by the General Pharmaceutical Council and DoH.
* Contribute to the development of high-quality outpatient services.
* Develop effective relationships with prescribers and contribute to additional clinical services.
* Support the optimization and development of overall profitability.
* Collaborate with the Superintendent Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager.
* Work collaboratively with clinical pharmacists and service leads to enhance medicines management.

Qualifications
* Registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
* Evidence of advanced clinical knowledge, postgraduate clinical qualification, or equivalent experience of at least 18 months.
* Experience as a qualified pharmacist in various settings, including temporary or day-to-day management.
* Experience in developing a business or organization, or part of a new team.
* High degree of self-motivation, organization, and prioritization.
* Pragmatic, methodical, systematic, and resilient-focused.
