Job Description: Our Delivery Managers are accountable for the overall successful delivery of projects within an account. You will be responsible for managing successful outcomes and driving delivery across multiple technologies in the Financial Services Sector, delivering applications, services, products, or platforms. You will ensure governance, standards, and quality metrics are maintained throughout project delivery. You will lead delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements, support presales and business development efforts, and produce contractual documentation such as Statements of Work. Motivating and empowering your team to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned with Version 1 Core Values.
Qualifications: Significant experience managing successful technology project outcomes in Financial Services, consultancy experience, leadership in multi-supplier delivery teams, understanding of technology solutions, effective communication and negotiation skills, strong commercial awareness, and experience in building high-caliber delivery teams.
