As a Content & Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation's messaging across a range of scientific, commercial, and thought-leadership channels.
This role will be a fully office based role based in London.
Content & Communications Specialist Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and business goals
* Managing the full lifecycle of content creation (e.g. whitepapers, blogs, reports, collateral) from ideation and research to editing and approval
* Crafting compelling conference submissions to secure speaking opportunities and showcase innovation
* Preparing persuasive award applications to highlight achievements and position the business as an industry leader
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate them into engaging materials
* Monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to ensure content remains timely and impactful
* Measuring content performance and adapting strategies to drive reach and engagement
* Enhancing content with visuals, infographics, and multimedia in collaboration with design colleagues
* Supporting the marketing and communications team with ad hoc initiatives
Content & Communications Specialist Responsibilities:
* Degree-level education (life sciences background preferred)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven experience writing scientific and/or technical content (such as abstracts, reports, blogs, or whitepapers)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Ability to work 5x days a week in the office in London
