Key Responsibilities
Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities.
Work with individuals and small groups to enhance learning.
Assist with behaviour management and pastoral care.
Provide additional support to pupils with SEND needs where required.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.Requirements
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (or similar role) is desirable.
Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
A patient, caring, and adaptable attitude.
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).What We Offer
