As the Revenue Growth Analyst for Europe, contributing to data analysis support for sales leaders and portfolio management, operating as an internal consultant to help build a consistent Revenue Growth Management approach, tools, infrastructure, and expertise. You will become an invaluable partner to the wider Global Pricing department, to identify meaningful insights from large data sources; interpret and communicate findings from analysis to drive top line growth. This role will work with the 'Global Pricing - Reporting & Analytics Manager' and coordinate closely with the European Pricing & Revenue Growth Manager to build a consistent approach, processes, and culture. Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to) Support sales teams to deliver commercial insight and revenue growth management analysis programs and implementation of processes, tools, and analytics. Monitor regional price trends, competitive pricing and geo-political challenges. Running commercial and trend analysis, scenario modelling and opportunity assessment leading to a commercial insight and recommendation, by using enterprise class BI tools and processes. Execute global pricing projects at direction of the regional manager. Develop and maintain commercial analysis, scenario modelling and opportunity assessment leading to a commercial insight and recommendation, by using enterprise class BI tools and processes. Research and analyse competitor pricing strategies to provide insights on market trends and movements. Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and emerging industry developments. Provide internal consultation on optimal pricing structures and models, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies. The Individual Degree educated in business, finance, statistics, or related discipline. Previous experience working in commercial finance/data analysis. Curious, willing to dig deeper into data and explore relationship between data and business outcomes, able to draw insights from data. Detailed oriented, structured in approach to work with logical, progressive thinking and assessing solution impacts on the business and other systems. Technical knowledge of various reporting systems and BI analytical tools is an advantage. Good data and analytics skills. Well-developed skills in Excel or other data analytics tools. Excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills. Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment a plus.
