About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead the safe, efficient, and commercially successful delivery of Heidelberg Materials’ nuclear operations at Sizewell C. You’ll oversee all aspects of project execution, stakeholder engagement, nuclear safety compliance, and operational readiness. Working closely with the UK Major Projects team, you’ll help shape strategies that align with national infrastructure goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the setup and execution phases of the Sizewell contract, building strong relationships and operational processes.
* Develop and implement robust delivery plans to ensure successful outcomes.
* Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
* Promote a strong nuclear safety culture through training and continuous improvement.
* Manage project profitability and financial tracking.
* Ensure compliance with company, statutory, and client guidelines.
