Required Skills:
* Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Rockwell, Mitsubishi, or Schneider control systems
* Proven background in Water & Wastewater treatment projects or similar complex control environments
* Strong track record in delivering control solutions, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA software
* Leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a small engineering team (3-5 members)
* Ability to conduct design reviews, provide technical oversight, and ensure quality assurance
* Skilled in reverse engineering legacy systems to develop modern, effective solutions
* Excellent communication skills, with strong time and project management capabilities
* UK driving license Holder
Nice to Have Skills:
* Experience with control system security standards
* Knowledge of advanced automation technologies and cyber security practices
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance in industrial environments
Required Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Control Systems Engineering, or related field
* Several years of relevant experience in control system integration, especially in water, power, or energy sectors
Other Requirements:
* Willingness to travel within the UK as needed for site visits and project oversight
* Professional certifications in controls or project management are advantageous
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment following the initial probation period
