We are seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to support learning, play, and daily routines in our Early Years setting. About the role You should be able to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation through calm, consistent, and supportive approaches. Observe children’s progress and contribute to assessments by sharing meaningful insights with the class teacher. Support daily routines such as arrivals, transitions, outdoor play, meal times, and tidy-up time.
