Temporary Receptionist - Immediate Start
Location: Basingstoke
Contract Type: Temporary (Ad-hoc basis)
Duration: Ongoing - we require receptionists able to work at short notice.
Hours: Various shifts - mainly 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for a professional and friendly Temporary Receptionist on an ad-hoc basis. This role is ideal for someone flexible, reliable, and able to provide excellent customer service when needed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Welcome visitors and manage the reception area.
2. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
3. Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
4. Assist with general administrative tasks.
5. Maintain a tidy and organised front desk.
Requirements
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
9. Professional.
10. Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis.
