This role supports on various projects within a small team, with a focus on organised, proactive administration and collaboration with Account Managers and Client Partners.
Responsibilities
* Support the Account Managers, Client Partner and the team to provide clients with a brilliant experience day in, day out.
* Handle a range of administrative tasks to keep projects on track.
* Assist on media campaigns planning, careers website creation, social media activities and related tasks.
* Be involved in projects of all shapes and sizes, adapt to busy periods, and help maintain smooth operations.
* Demonstrate initiative, reliability and a willingness to learn and develop on the job.
About You
* You don\'t need prior advertising or communications experience, but you should be highly structured, organised and able to work at pace.
* A keen interest in social media is helpful.
* Comfortable communicating via video chat, email and phone.
* Able to use a Mac and cloud-based tools such as Google Drive and Asana.

* Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 + MacBook + 25 days’ holiday + bonus scheme; hybrid role with some remote work and occasional travel to Leeds.
