Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in building out the UK master data processes, establishing strong data governance, and cleansing existing datasets to create a solid foundation for ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the setup and structuring of the UK Master Data Management function.
* Conduct initial data cleansing to address scattered and inconsistent data.
* Build and document business and master data processes across key areas.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Operations.
* Within 3-6 months, establish and implement master data handling processes, initiate data cleansing, and transition activities to the permanent team.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong hands-on experience in business and master data processes.
* Proven expertise in data cleansing and governance.
* Experience with IFS or other ERP systems.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across multiple business levels.
* Industry background flexible - experience in pharma or healthcare advantageous but not essential.
