Mechanical, Electrical & Hydraulic Trainer (Full Training Provided)

Liverpool

£36,000-£38,000+ progression opportunities + pension + life assurance + private medical insurance + corporate discounts + 25 days holiday + bank holidays + full training provided

An exceptional opportunity for an engineer with mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic experience to join a specialist training provider delivering world-class technical skills development to the wind and engineering sectors.

This organisation has invested heavily in state-of-the-art training facilities since 2023, creating one of the most advanced practical training environments in the UK. From purpose-built rigs to realistic simulation equipment, their centres replicate real-world engineering conditions to the highest standard, providing an unrivalled platform for learning and skills development.

With rapid global growth and expansion across the UK, USA, Europe, and the Middle East, the organisation is now expanding its instructor team to support the next generation of engineers entering the sector.

In this role, you will deliver practical and theoretical training in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and bolt tightening systems through the GWO Basic Technical Training (BTT) programme. Full instructor training and support will be provided, so previous teaching experience is not required.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on background as a service, maintenance, or site engineer with experience across mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems. A strong practical knowledge of bolt tightening is desirable.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking to step away from site work, build a long-term career in training, and join a company that invests in its people and facilities.

The Role:

*Delivering mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and bolt tightening technical courses
*Trainer/instructor position with full training provided
*Monday to Friday, standard hours
*Site-based role in Liverpool

The Person:

*Strong mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic engineering background
*Keen to move into a trainer/instructor role
*Happy to commute to Liverpool
