The successful candidate will support the IT Director in delivering a robust, scalable IT infrastructure aligned with the organisation's strategic goals-focusing on professional development, digital innovation, sustainability, and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & Systems- Maintain secure, efficient IT systemsOversee Office 365, communication systems, backups, and complianceLead IT support desk operationsManage and develop IT staff across sitesSupport curriculum delivery through ITEnhance digital presence (websites, signage, social media)Deliver IT training and ensure policy complianceStay current with tech trends and safeguarding requirementsCommunicate updates, attend events, and travel across sitesExperience required-EssentialLevel 4+ ICT qualificationFull driving licenceStrong technical skills (networking, security, AD, Office365)Strategic planning and communication abilitiesDesirableDegree-level qualification, specialist certificationsExperience in education, sustainability, and multi-site IT leadershipTPBN1_UKTJ
