Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive with Credit Hire experience. You will take ownership of a litigated caseload from pre-litigation right through to trial, with full autonomy and support from a modern, tech-led infrastructure.

Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of Credit Hire claims from start to finish
* Draft legal documents, prepare for trial, and represent clients effectively
* Negotiate settlements and assess risk throughout the litigation process
* Maintain strong client relationships and communication
* Use a purpose-built case management system to handle files efficiently
* Collaborate with colleagues while working independently on your caseload
About You
* Minimum 2 years\' experience in Credit Hire Litigation
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Litigation Executive
* Strong technical knowledge of litigation and credit hire claims
* Confident in running files independently
* Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills
