 
        About the Role: We are seeking a caring and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil with Cerebral Palsy. This rewarding role involves assisting with learning activities, communication, and personal care throughout the school day. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and family to ensure the pupil feels safe, supported, and included in all aspects of school life. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 classroom and pastoral support for a child with Cerebral Palsy Assist with personal care, feeding, and mobility needs as required Support access to the curriculum through adapted resources and differentiated learning Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals (e.g., physiotherapists, occupational therapists) Encourage independence, confidence, and social interaction in a nurturing environment Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding policies at all times Requirements: Experience supporting children with physical disabilities, ideally Cerebral Palsy Knowledge of personal care and feeding routines Enhanced DBS certificate (essential) Empathetic, patient, and committed to inclusion Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team Relevant SEN or Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or above preferred) Why Join Milk Education?
