Key Account Manager – Pharmaceuticals

A European pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in hospital-based anti-infectives is expanding its UK commercial team and is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow its secondary care business across the West Midlands, South West and Wales.
The Role.
This is a field-based role focused on driving uptake of established and pipeline anti-infective products within hospital settings.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Promoting a portfolio of anti-infective medicines to specialist physicians and hospital stakeholders
2. Managing and growing business performance across a large, strategically important territory
3. Developing and executing a robust regional account plan in collaboration with the UK Sales Manager
4. Leading and supporting hospital formulary submissions and access processes
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key decision-makers
