Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in one of our offices based in Epsom. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensure client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing and mentoring the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, networking with clients, and creating strategies to maintain market competitiveness. The position also involves monitoring market trends and delivering results aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Market Strategy
* Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of the local property market and awareness of current industry trends
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
* Additional certifications in property sales or estate agency practice are beneficial
