You'll lead a consistent team of 10-12 staff providing 24-hour care (days and waking nights), ensuring high standards of support, team coordination, and training alongside our clinical team. Requirements: Proven experience supporting clients with Acquired/Traumatic Brain Injury (ABI/TBI) Strong leadership and communication skills Commitment to person-centred, consistent care You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Clinical Leads, who are on hand to support and work with all employees within the business, to ensure the highest standards of care and an excellent pathway of professional development.
