Location: Perthshire, Scotland

The Flavour Network is proud to be partnered with a well-established boutique hospitality group in Scotland, recognised for their relaxed style, exceptional food, and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. The role of Hotel Manager is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hotel Manager / Food & Beverage Manager to take ownership of a busy and dynamic site offering accommodation, restaurant, and bar services. The successful candidate for the Hotel Manager will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, driving operational excellence while maintaining a warm, people-focused culture.
Duties and responsibilities for the Hotel Manager:

Oversee the daily running of the hotel, including the restaurant, bar, and accommodation.

Lead from the front to deliver consistently high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest care.
*
Manage cash handling, financial reporting, and supplier payments accurately and efficiently.
*
Ensure effective communication across all departments to maintain smooth operations.
*
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and proactively.
*
Work closely with the kitchen team on menu planning, costings, and food quality.
*
Support and promote events, entertainment, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue.
*
Manage stock control, purchasing, and inventory, maintaining accurate records.
*
Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
*
Oversee rotas, payroll, and performance reviews in line with business requirements.
*
Maintain the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness across all areas of the property.
*
Ensure full compliance with all licensing, health and safety, and fire safety regulations.
*
Monitor and analyse business performance, identifying opportunities to increase profitability and efficiency.
*
Liaise with senior management on budgets, performance, and long-term strategy.
Essential Requirements for the Hotel Manager:

Proven management experience in hotels, restaurants, or similar hospitality environments.
*
A confident and hands-on leader who inspires and supports their team.

Strong operational, financial, and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
