This is a hands-on role that splits your time between the workshop and customer sites, both in the UK and overseas. You’ll be building and assembling bakery machinery from drawings and CAD models, installing it at customer sites, and getting stuck into testing, troubleshooting and commissioning. The business is employee-owned, which means everyone here has a genuine stake in how things run and shares in the profits too.
