We are recruiting for a Customer Support Executive for an established company based in Christchurch. The role involves:
* Providing support to customers via online contact & live chat, including aftersales support
* Liaising with suppliers to check stock levels, order progress, and shipping information
* Processing customer orders and sending updates on deliveries
* Keeping customers informed about any delays
Experience required:
* Previous Customer Service, Sales Administration, or Sales Coordination experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
