Sales Manager – Medical Training Solutions (UK)

Our client – a leading international provider of professional training and qualifications for healthcare professionals – is expanding its presence in the UK with the launch of a cutting‑edge medical training center dedicated to surgical skills development.
With over 25 years of experience supporting medical practitioners and industry leaders, our client delivers high‑quality, innovative learning solutions across Europe. The UK center will specialize in cadaver lab courses, providing hands‑on training designed to enhance clinical and surgical expertise.
Our clients include manufacturers of implantable medical devices, Professional Congress Organizers (PCOs), and medical societies across key disciplines such as dentistry, aesthetics, trauma, and orthopedics.
Role Overview
As Sales Manager – UK, you will lead business development efforts, build strong relationships with clients, and play a key role in growing this exciting new venture. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll have the autonomy to design and execute strategies that strengthen the center’s visibility and market impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute targeted sales strategies across the UK medical and healthcare training market.
* Build and nurture relationships with medical device manufacturers, dental and aesthetics clinics, hospitals, and PCOs.
* Present tailored training solutions to clients, aligning with their product and educational objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery and client satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
* Represent the training center at key industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
* Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to management.
Requirements
* Proven sales or business development experience within medical, dental, aesthetics, trauma, or orthopaedics sectors.
* Experience working with implantable devices, medical training, or cadaver labs is a significant advantage.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
* Based in the UK, willing to travel nationally as required.
* Excellent English proficiency (additional European languages a plus).
