We are seeking an Administrator to join our growing team! PWMG is a global supplier to the Renewable energy industry – we have offices in UK and Spain and we are branching out to the Netherlands, USA and Asia. PWMG offer an innovative solution across the entire project life cycle from early Development stages through to Engineering Construction to Operations and Maintenance. Our clients vary from developers, manufacturers, investment banks, EPC contractors, multinational utilities, independent power producers, Subcontractors Internationally working with a wide range of different clients gives us a unique and diverse understanding of the energy industry. Your Job Role will include: * Answering calls & Emails * Compliance * Portal Management * Formatting Documentation * Timesheet management * Travel Co-ordination (Travel, Accommodation & Car hire) * Assisting with Government legislation (applying for Visas etc) * Help with Internal review processes (ISO, audits etc) Skills Required: * Must have previous experience in an office-based role * Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook) * Confident and Good communication Skills * Good problem solver * Good organisation skills * Reliable/Presentable * Fast learner Additional info * Opportunities to progress within the business * Quarterly bonusses available. * Traveling abroad for meetings * Full time Monday - Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm Experience in basic IT and Administration is necessary.
