The Opportunity
As a Graduate Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential customers.
Responsibilities include:
* Researching and identifying prospective business customers
* Conducting outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
* Building relationships with senior decision-makers
* Qualifying opportunities and understanding customer needs
* Generating new business opportunities for the wider sales team
* Learning consultative sales and business development techniques
* Managing your own pipeline and activity levels
* Working towards individual and team performance targets
