I’m currently working with a well-established professional services organisation that’s looking to add an experienced Service Desk Analyst to their growing IT team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with exposure to modern cloud technologies.
The Role:
* Troubleshooting across Microsoft environments
* Supporting users in an ITIL-driven environment
* Working closely with infrastructure teams and third parties
* Contributing to process improvements and documentation
* Acting as an escalation point where required
Ideal Background:
* Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID & Active Directory
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Experience with ticketing/ITSM systems
* Professional services or regulated environment experience
