Client Service Officer – Stirling, South Australia

Responsibilities
* We are looking for a passionate and dynamic customer service individual to be a Clinic Co‑Ordinator supporting Audika Hearing Clinic in Stirling, Adelaide on a part‑time basis (2 days a week – Thursday & Friday, 9am – 5pm; no weekends).
* Contribute to clinic performance and enhance our customers’ experience by providing compassionate, process‑oriented support.
* Collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians (where applicable) to provide quality hearing health care outcomes for all clients.
* Lear n about products, services, government funding programs, and our competitive advantages; apply tailored client‑specific sales strategies to help clients receive the best solutions.
Qualifications
* Previous administration or customer service experience in one of the following environments: retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health
* Experience working with an older demographic is preferred
* Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey
* Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification
