If you are an experienced MASH social worker then we are currently helping a local authority in the Channel islands recruit an experienced MASH social worker. The team sits as the first line of support for children and families, making experience in a multi-agency safeguarding hub preferable.

Undertake high-quality information gathering, analysis, and decision-making to safeguard children.
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to assess risk and ensure timely and appropriate safeguarding responses.
Apply knowledge of thresholds and statutory guidance to inform practice.
Contribute to a responsive and effective safeguarding service.
