I am working with my client to hire a Principal Developer to lead technical design and delivery of cloud-based software solutions. This is a key leadership role where you’ll set technical direction, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality, secure applications.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead design and development ofplex software solutions.
2. Set coding standards and best practices.
3. Mentor and guide development teams.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
5. Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
6. 6+ years’ software development experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
7. Expertise in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
8. Strong knowledge of secure coding, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
9. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable: Experience in enterprise software, regulated environments, DevSecOps, and technical certifications.
