Role Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our growing D365 team. The Senior D365 Functional Consultant is responsible for planning, designing, delivering and supporting best in class solutions built upon the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This role is accountable for the technical delivery of projects and requires engagement in the full project lifecycle from presales through to operational handover. Responsibilities Architecture and design of D365 solutions, including Dynamics CE/CRM, Power Platform, and the wider D365 platform. Stay current with Dynamics 365 CRM platform developments, including wave releases, new features, and best practices. Provide consultancy for migrations to D365, ensuring best practices and oversight. Proactively incorporate new and current Dynamics features and updates into solution design and client advisory. Conduct clients workshops to capture requirements and technical design needs. Deliver training to support the successful embedding of our solutions. Build trusted client relationships. Mentor and train team members. Engage in technical and commercial pre-sales activities, such as estimating and creating Statements of Work (SoWs). Consistently demonstrate high-quality deliverables and communication. About you Possess an excellent understanding of key components of Dynamics 365. Able to consult and advise clients on the capabilities of the broader Dynamics platform. Provide business analysis consultancy to aid with solution design decisions and requirements capture. Experience in designing and leading solutions using Dynamics CE/CRM. Take overall accountability for client outcomes and direction. Lead project teams in close collaboration with clients. Awareness of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design concepts. Self-motivated and proactive Staying current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & AI updates, including platform enhancements, roadmap changes, community insights, and translating them into practical value for clients and internal teams Knowledge and experience of the following would be advantageous: Experience in Data Governance and Information Protection principles. Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Azure.
