Job Description
We're supporting a major ERP transformation programme and are looking for an experienced NetSuite Finance & Reporting Consultant to join on a short-term contract (approx. 6 weeks) to support critical design and validation work.
This is a specialist assignment focused on defining and shaping the finance structure, product hierarchy, and reporting framework within a new NetSuite environment.
The Role
You will work closely with Finance, business stakeholders, and the implementation partner to design and validate the core data and reporting structures that will underpin the ERP solution.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Designing the General Ledger structure and Chart of Accounts
* Defining cost centres, departments, classes, locations, and financial segments
* Building a scalable product hierarchy and master data structure
* Identifying key product attributes to support reporting and analysis
* Mapping business reporting requirements into standard NetSuite functionality
* Designing custom reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches where required
* Running workshops with Finance and operational stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
* Reviewing existing reporting and defining what is retained, replaced, or redesigned
* Ensuring all reporting outputs are aligned, tested, and signed off by stakeholders
What we're looking for
* Strong experience with NetSuite ERP implementations
* Deep understanding of finance structures, GL design, and management reporting
* Hands-on knowledge of NetSuite reporting tools (saved searches, dashboards, KPIs)
* Experience designing or working with product hierarchies and master data structures
* Strong business analysis capability with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to translate complex reporting requirements into scalable ERP design
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, delivery-focused transformation environments
