Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Lisburn Road, Belfast
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to join our team based on the Lisburn Road, Belfast. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
2. Manage the switchboard, directing calls and taking accurate messages
3. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
4. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
5. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
6. Manage meeting room bookings and prepare rooms as required
7. Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation
8. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Essential Criteria:
9. Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
12. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
13. Professional appearance and manner
14. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Desirable:
15. Experience working in a professional services environment
16. Knowledge of office or administrative procedures
