Responsibilities
* Prepare, build and maintain all Composite parts of a Formula 1 cars for testing and promotional events.
* Working closely with the RST Chief Mechanic ensuring all RST build specs are adhered to for each event
* Working closely with the RST chief mechanic ensuring all composite car spares are stocked checked, logged, packed or stored in the correct areas (Factory – trucks)
* Ensuring all composite parts build procedures meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
Qualifications
* Experience in the motorsport environment (WEC, WRC, FE, Junior Formulas etc.).
* Technical knowledge of the manufacturer composite car parts.
* Technical ability to repair / rebuild all composite car parts.
* To have a problem-solving mindset and the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and international events
