Job description The role of CNC Turning, setter operator will include the following duties: _ Programming, Setting & Operating xyz Turning machines. _ Be able to use basic inspection equipment. The ideal candidate will: _ Have proven experience of programming, setting and operating Turning machines using Prototrak. _ Be able to demonstrate the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. _ Ideally have an engineering apprenticeship however experience is the overriding factor. _ Overtime/additional hours may be required, depending on the workload of the business. _ Be able to work well on their own as well as part of a team. _ Producing high-quality work to fine tolerances. _ Professional and self-motivated attitude. _ Good organisational & time management skills.
