Assist the sales team in early-stage client engagements by gathering technical requirements and identifying potential solutions.
Support the deployment of client solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) setups and web-based tool integrations.
Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions on TransPerfect’s tools and technologies.
Gather user feedback and support efforts to enhance product features and usability.
0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or part-time work included).
~ Basic understanding of web technologies and systems integration.
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating different operating systems.
~ Bachelor’s degree (or final year of study) in a relevant field.
Hands-on experience via internships or coursework in software, IT support, or client services.
Familiarity with SaaS tools, APIs, SSO, or software configuration.
Experience or interest in localization or global software solutions.
