Job Description – Virtual Assistant (ByGabriel) We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support ByGabriel, a creative agency specialising in videography, branding, and social media management. The VA will assist with client content workflows, scheduling, and project organisation. Responsibilities Organise content: upload raw videos/photos to Google Drive/Dropbox and keep files structured Update Notion with project timelines, briefs, and content calendars Schedule content across Instagram/TikTok (Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite) Chase weekly content/assets from clients (face-to-camera clips, testimonials, UGC) Track what content is done, pending, or missing Provide a quick weekly update (what was posted, performance highlights, what’s needed next) Assist with client onboarding (collect assets, contracts, payments) Nice-to-Haves (not essential but a plus) Familiar with Instagram/TikTok scheduling tools Comfortable writing/polishing short captions Able to respond to basic customer DMs using pre-approved templates Experience with Canva or basic graphic editing Qualities We’re Looking For Organised and detail-oriented Reliable with deadlines Clear communicator (WhatsApp or Slack daily check-ins) Proactive — can remind the team/clients without waiting to be asked Hours & Pay Estimated: 8 hours per week (roughly 2 hours a day, 4 days a week) Paid monthly (rate to be agreed) Fully remote
