Account Executive – Cybersecurity & IT Solutions

Location: High Wycombe (Hybrid)

The Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a driven and commercially astute Account Executive to join a high-performing sales team focused on helping organisations strengthen their cybersecurity posture and modernise their IT environments.

This role is suited to an experienced sales professional who enjoys managing full-cycle deals, engaging with senior stakeholders, and operating in a consultative, solution-led environment. You will be given the autonomy, support, and market opportunity needed to build a strong pipeline and exceed revenue targets.


What You’ll Be Doing

As an Account Executive, you will take ownership of both new business development and the growth of existing accounts, working with clients to understand complex technical and compliance challenges and positioning tailored solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Identifying and engaging new prospects across target markets
* Managing the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach through to contract signature
* Leading consultative discovery conversations to understand client risk, infrastructure, and compliance requirements
* Building compelling business cases and coordinating with technical specialists to deliver solution presentations and proposals
* Negotiating commercial terms and successfully closing high-value opportunities
* Developing long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion, cross-sell, and upsell


Skills and Experience

* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity markets
* Experience closing mid- to high-value deals and managing complex sales processes
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to build ROI-driven value propositions
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Experience selling security, networking, cloud, or managed services solutions
* Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes and framework agreements
