Junior Operations Manager My client is a leading organisation who work with charities across the UK and Ireland to build and maintain support throughout development and campaigns. This can be a Full-Time or Part-Time Permanent position with a flexible working pattern. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm With a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum Job Role: You will be responsible for overseeing the daily, weekly, and monthly operational functions of the company to ensure seamless business activities across all departments. This involves ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance while working closely with different teams to drive business success. Key areas of responsibility include campaign operations, staff management, campaign reporting & administration, back-office operations, systems & compliance, and general office operations. Essential Criteria: Previous Operations Management experience within a similar role. Knowledge of GDPR, industry regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work as part of a team and lead and motivate. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth execution of campaigns from launch to completion according to campaign schedule Facilitate campaign briefings, monitor the delivery of client requirements and ensure structured communication between teams Ensure campaign system set-up & go live Conduct new campaign briefing meetings Lead daily operations meetings Oversee inbound management/reporting Attend weekly campaign meetings Monitor staff performance, attendance, and shift scheduling to maintain operational efficiency Conduct regular training, appraisals, and onboarding while ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly Drive staff engagement through incentives, call quality assessments, and B1G1 initiatives Monitor performance & attendance Manage shift scheduling & reporting, rota & yield Organise staff training & development programs Conduct call quality assessments and staff appraisals Oversee recruitment, including job ads, interviews, and contracts Develop and manage staff incentives Implement B1G1 initiatives Manage campaign reporting and scheduling of administration hours according to business needs Maintain operational efficiency and adherence to data entry policies and procedures Oversee campaign results & reporting as well as client reporting for development campaigns Ensure upgrade & DD forms are filed and data entered Manage client batch reports, client query log and oversee client/supporter emails Handle extra tickets Deliver client schedule deliverables through coordination of various suppliers Oversee the printing and distribution of raffle packs while managing returns Ensure adherence to documented back-office procedures Obtain campaign quotes and ensure campaign schedules are achieved with suppliers Oversee raffle packs to print Manage RTS reporting Ensure returns procedures are documented and adhered to and ensure system efficiency by managing office hardware/software issues and ensure platform maintenance Oversee compliance with GDPR, outbound calling guidelines, and procedural standards Maintain the integrity of internal systems like Xperience & EOS Manage changing/assigning CLI Skills: Junior Operations Manager Operations Charity Holywood
