Commercial Administration Assistant

This is a salaried role based on 40 hours per week, but we are open to consider part time applicants. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, can pivot between different tasks with ease, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ideal for a candidate who is adaptable, thrives on multitasking, and finds energy in switching between diverse responsibilities. We're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, changing focus quickly, and keeping momentum across a variety of tasks.

Essential ability to be forward thinking, at times making important decisions and juggling various tight deadlines whilst maintaining professionalism and managing own time effectively to ensure an equal balance between different types of responsibility.
General understanding of how design concepts can be realised, with a basic ability to read a drawing and extract relevant information, when often the information provided can be vague. This is to build up an understanding of the company and gain awareness of the business from the start of a project's life.
Eagerness to learn about our valuable suppliers and contacts, to build and maintain good relationships with the extended supply chain team.
An open-minded approach and drive to be a team player within a fast past working environment.

Responsibilities:
Methodical approach to receipt of all enquiries, ensuring all pre-sales work is documented, logged onto Salesforce, filed onto our server, reviewed, printed, and set up for the sales team to quote.
Working alongside the Senior Management and projects teams to ensure that paperwork and any administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
