About the Role
Viqu is partnering with a leading global law firm to recruit a SharePoint Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a 6-month fixed term. The role will focus on optimizing, managing, and evolving the firm's SharePoint environment (on-premise and Azure cloud), ensuring high-performing, resilient services for users and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the SharePoint SME, providing expert guidance across on-premise and Azure cloud environments.
* Lead platform upgrades, deployments, and performance optimization initiatives.
* Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
* Integrate SharePoint with SSO, MFA, and Azure services.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint and web platform issues.
* Mentor and coach team members on SharePoint best practices.
* Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and CMDB updates to improve service efficiency.
* Identify and implement improvements to enhance platform resilience and performance.
