The ideal candidate will primarily serve customers by taking orders, handling payments, and packing food in a fast-paced environment, while also ensuring the counter area is clean, organized, and stocked, adhering to food hygiene standards. Key Duties: Involve friendly customer interaction, efficient order processing, cash handling, and sometimes basic food preparation like portioning or wrapping, often requiring weekend and evening availability. You will need to be able to cook burgers and have at least basic cooking ability and so experience is essential for this roll. About You: Proven experience as a Counter Assistant / Counter Staff or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food safety, regulations and best practices.
