Develop and manage internal policies and compliance frameworks that evolve with regulatory change.
Serve as the primary liaison for external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
Support the Public Affairs function with regulatory engagement and industry representation.

At least 7 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally gained in-house within a regulated environment or from a leading law firm.
Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, particularly across utilities, telecoms, or financial services.
Proven experience providing commercial and pragmatic legal advice to senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial contracts.
Experience in leading or advising on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to distil complex legal concepts clearly.
Opportunity to join a rapidly scaling, private equity–backed organisation with significant growth ambitions.
Exposure to high-impact projects, including major M&A activity and new market entry.
Dynamic, fast-paced working environment with the chance to shape the company’s legal and compliance framework from the ground up.
Competitive package and long-term career progression opportunities.

We embrace diversity and inclusion at every stage of the recruitment process. We are committed to fairness, equality, and ongoing diversity training for our team to give our candidates and clients a feeling of belonging during their experience with us.
