We are seeking a Head of Paid Media to lead a growing performance marketing function within an established agency. This is a key leadership role focused on managing the paid media team and driving strong campaign performance across multiple channels.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead and develop the paid media team
* Own strategy and performance across channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Spotify, Microsoft Advertising and LinkedIn
* Drive campaign optimisation and delivery against client objectives
* Support new business and grow existing accounts
* Implement best practices and identify new opportunities
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Strong background in paid media and performance marketing
* Experience leading teams in an agency or similar environment
* Solid understanding of multi-channel campaigns and optimisation
* Commercial mindset with good analytical skills
